Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g condensed milk, sweetened
- 150 g desiccated coconut
- 20 slices of rusk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the condensed milk with the desiccated coconut. Spread onto approximately 20 rusk slices (depending on the size of the rusk) and spread evenly with a knife. Bake at 220°C in the upper half of the oven for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
