  • 1 Leek
  • 4 Smoked sausages or coarse sausages
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 120 g Grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • 1. Preheat the oven, peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Clean the leek, cut in half lengthways, wash thoroughly, drain and cut into rings. Dice smoked sausages or bratwurst or cut into slices (everyone as he likes) :-). 2. Whip eggs with cream. Rinse the parsley, pat dry, pluck the leaves from the stalks, roughly chop and stir into the egg cream. 3. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the potatoes and the sliced ​​sausage in it, add the leek and heat briefly. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Pour the egg cream over it and let it set while stirring carefully. Put everything in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with the Gouda. 5.
