  • 750 g Brussels sprouts fresh
  • 350 g Potatoes
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 50 g Lean bacon cubes
  • Butter
  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Wiener sausages
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts. Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into cubes. Peel the onions and cut into small cubes.
  • Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the potatoes in it. Add the Brussels sprouts and season with the spices. Now pour in the broth and cream and cook for 25 minutes over low heat.
  • Now stir in the crème fraiche and add the sliced ​​wieners. Bring to the boil again briefly to taste with the spices.
  • Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the diced bacon. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
