Potato pan with herb curd

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 500 g meat sausage
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g herb curd
  • 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a nonstick pan and fry the diced potatoes for about 10 minutes, turning frequently. In the meantime, trim, wash, and slice the leek and dice the sausage. Add to the potatoes and fry for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with herb curd cheese.
