Potato Pan with Spring Onions

The perfect potato pan with spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Small potatoes
  • 2 bunch Spring onions
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
  1. Wash the spring onions and cut into four cm long pieces. Fry them with the potatoes (if they are too big, halve them again) in a hot pan with the olive oil for five minutes, turning occasionally.
  1. Can be served with my trout with sage wrapped in bacon.
