Potato Pan with Spring Onions
The perfect potato pan with spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 kilogram Small potatoes
- 2 bunch Spring onions
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cook the potatoes in boiling water for 20 minutes.
- Wash the spring onions and cut into four cm long pieces. Fry them with the potatoes (if they are too big, halve them again) in a hot pan with the olive oil for five minutes, turning occasionally.
- Can be served with my trout with sage wrapped in bacon.
