  • 3 Pc. Potatoes
  • 2 Pc. Spring onions fresh
  • 2 tablespoon Fried onions, own production
  • 1 Pc. Egg whisked
  • 150 ml Liquid cream
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel, wash and slice potatoes,
  2. Butter the 2nd form, insert the 1st layer of potatoes.
  3. Cut the spring onion, sprinkle on top. 2. Add layer of potato. Sprinkle with fried onions.
  4. Mix the egg with the cream, season, pour on.
