Ingredients
 

  • 200 gr Potato noodles
  • 0,5 Pc. Zucchini
  • 4 Pc. Cocktail tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • 0,5 Pkg Processed cheese light
  • 100 ml Milk 0.1% fat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs

Instructions
 

  • Clean the zucchini and leek, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with the oil.
  • Add the noodles shortly before the end and fry until golden brown.
  • Deglaze with milk, dice the tomatoes and stir in, season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in the processed cheese and refine with herbs, simmer a little and that's it.
