Potato Noodles with Zucchini, Tomatoes and Spring Onions

The perfect potato noodles with zucchini, tomatoes and spring onions recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 gr Potato noodles
  • 0,5 Pc. Zucchini
  • 4 Pc. Cocktail tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • 0,5 Pkg Processed cheese light
  • 100 ml Milk 0.1% fat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs
  1. Clean the zucchini and leek, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with the oil.
  2. Add the noodles shortly before the end and fry until golden brown.
  3. Deglaze with milk, dice the tomatoes and stir in, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in the processed cheese and refine with herbs, simmer a little and that’s it.
