Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Peeled potatoes
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
  • 4 tbsp Cornmeal
  • Coconut oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Grate the peeled potatoes thinly, grate the onion, mix everything well with the vegetable salt and corn flour and let it steep for a few minutes.
  • Now heat coconut oil in 2 pans, put small piles in the pans with a spoon and press flat, then bake until the buffer comes off, turn it over and bake from the other side.
