Ingredients
- 1 kg Peeled potatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 tbsp Vegetable salt
- 4 tbsp Cornmeal
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
- Grate the peeled potatoes thinly, grate the onion, mix everything well with the vegetable salt and corn flour and let it steep for a few minutes.
- Now heat coconut oil in 2 pans, put small piles in the pans with a spoon and press flat, then bake until the buffer comes off, turn it over and bake from the other side.
