  • 100 g Carrots red
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 1 tsp Potato flour
  • 1 tsp Soy flour

Instructions
 

  • Finely grate the onion, roughly grate the potatoes and carrots, add the potato and soy flour and stir, add a little salt, fry until golden brown in the hot fat
