Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes
- 100 g Carrots red
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 tsp Potato flour
- 1 tsp Soy flour
Instructions
- Finely grate the onion, roughly grate the potatoes and carrots, add the potato and soy flour and stir, add a little salt, fry until golden brown in the hot fat
