Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g boiled potatoes
- 1 egg yolk
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 onion(s)
- 50 g diced ham
- chives
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender. Mash the potatoes and mix with the egg yolk, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Meanwhile, peel and finely dice the onion and finely slice the chives. Sauté the diced onion and ham. Add everything, along with the chives, to the potato mixture and roll into a 4 cm roll. Cut the roll into 1.5 cm thick slices. Fry the biscuits in clarified butter until golden brown on both sides.
