Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of ready-made mix for potato dumpling powder half and half, for 12 dumplings
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 eggs
  • 750 g tomatoes, peeled
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 can/n anchovy fillet(s)
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 60 g onion(s) in rings
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp rosemary
  • Pepper, coarse black

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Stir potato powder into 3/4 liter of water, then mix in the grated cheese, thyme, and beaten eggs thoroughly. Let stand according to the package instructions. Press the dough into a greased, shallow cake pan and pull up the sides. Top the potato dough with tomato slices, olives, chopped anchovies, feta cheese cubes, and onion rings. Season with black pepper, oregano, and rosemary. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Many variations are possible.
