a perfect salad as a side dish to sausages or for grilling
First, peel the potatoes and boil them until tender (test with a fork; if the center is still a bit firm, they’re done). Meanwhile, boil the eggs (6-7 minutes). Dice the tomatoes, onions, ham, and then the eggs. When the potatoes are done, let them cool slightly and slice them. Then mix with the rest of the ingredients. For the dressing, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and white wine vinegar. Season to taste with pepper, salt, sugar, dill, and lemon juice. Mix the dressing with the potato salad and let it sit for at least 10-15 minutes. You can eat it right away, but it won’t taste as good.
