Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes, waxy
- 400 g sour cream
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tsp horseradish
- 2 gherkins
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
is very fresh and not so fatty.
Boil the potatoes and let them cool. Then peel and dice them. Peel the onion. Chop them finely along with the pickles. Mix with the sour cream, sour cream, horseradish, salt, and pepper. Add the chopped potatoes and fold in. Let them stand for several hours before serving.
