This is a salad that can be prepared in a variety of ways. You can chop tomatoes and add them, chop lettuce, corn, or bell peppers; you can change it up depending on the season. Boil, peel, and chop the potatoes, peel and grate the carrot, chop the spring onions, chop the parsley, and boil the egg. Mix the potatoes, vegetables, and parsley together. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pul biber, and stir in the olive oil. Finally, chop the egg and mix in. Have fun trying it out.
