Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ liter white wine
- ¼ liter pineapple juice
- 1 can pineapple, in pieces
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 cups of sweet cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Drain the pineapple, reserving the juice, and measure 250 ml. Combine the pudding mix and cornstarch with the pineapple juice and sugar. Bring the wine to a boil, stir in the mixture, and bring back to a boil. Let the pudding cool completely (approx. 45-60 minutes), stirring occasionally. Whip the cream and fold it into the pudding along with the pineapple pieces.
