Potato salad with new potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes, small, waxy (triplets)
  • 1 class jar salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • ½ bottle of Cremefine for cooking or cream
  • 1 pack of 8 herbs, frozen
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party salad

Boil the new potatoes in their skins and let them cool. Finely chop or press the garlic and mix with the Miracle Whip, cream cheese, Cremefine, and herbs. Then fold in the unpeeled, cold new potatoes.
