Potato Skewers
The perfect potato skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 15 small Potatoes
- 30 Discs Cabanossi
- 2 Toes Garlic
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Sea-Salt
- Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and cut in half.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Mix the garlic with olive oil.
- Brush the cut side of the potatoes with garlic oil.
- Place a slice of Cabanossi between 2 potato halves and place 5 Cabanossi potatoes on a wooden skewer.
- Grill the skewers on the edge of a grill for about 10 minutes, turning them several times, brush with the remaining oil.
