Potato Skewers

The perfect potato skewers recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 15 small Potatoes
  • 30 Discs Cabanossi
  • 2 Toes Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sea-Salt
  1. Boil potatoes in their skins in salted water for 10 minutes, drain and cut in half.
  2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  3. Mix the garlic with olive oil.
  4. Brush the cut side of the potatoes with garlic oil.
  5. Place a slice of Cabanossi between 2 potato halves and place 5 Cabanossi potatoes on a wooden skewer.
  6. Grill the skewers on the edge of a grill for about 10 minutes, turning them several times, brush with the remaining oil.
