Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Cooked potato
  • 150 g Spinach plancheted
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 80 g Breadcrumbs
  • 2 Pc. Chopped garlic
  • 80 g Butter
  • 3 Pc. Eggs
  • 50 g Whole wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Cut the spinach into small pieces, mix with the egg, garlic and the breadcrumbs, leave to stand for a moment. Mix the yolks with butter until frothy. Beat egg whites into snow. Stir the mashed potatoes into the yolk / butter mixture, season with salt, pepper and season with nutmeg. Fold in the flour and snow. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper about 1cm high at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. to bake. After cooling, cut into approx. 4cm strips with the spinach fill and place a strip on top and press on. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut the sponge cake into 1cm thick slices and fry in olive oil on all sides. Serve with fish or meat.
