Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 tbsp fat
- 1 tbsp flour
- ¾ liter broth
- 4 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 2 pinches of marjoram
- 2 pinch(s) caraway seeds, whole or ground as needed
- 2 pairs of sausages (Wiener)
- some parsley, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Melt the fat in a saucepan, add the onion, and make a light roux. Add the potatoes and pour in the broth. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, and caraway. Finely chop the Vienna sausages and add them. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve hot.
