Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 5 tbsp tomato paste, triple concentrated
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 2 tbsp basil, chopped
- e.g. salt and pepper

perfect on baguette or when grilling
Cream the butter, which has been stored at room temperature, until creamy. Add the tomato paste to the butter and blend both. Briefly boil the tomato in hot water to loosen the skin. Peel the skin, cut it into small pieces, and add it to the tomato butter. Peel the onion, dice it, and add it. Add the basil. Now stir or blend the entire mixture briefly—but do not blend it! Season to taste with salt and pepper.
