Ingredients

  • 2,5 kg Floury potatoes
  • 2 L Broth
  • Soup greens fresh
  • Bockwurst or Wiener
  • Mustard, salt, pepper, aromatic to taste

Instructions

  • Peel and chop the potatoes and soup greens. Add 2 liters of water to the top and cook until everything is soft, then puree everything (whatever is not wanted by the soup greens - remove). Season to taste with mustard, salt, pepper, aromatic - I like to take the broth from the Wienen or Bochwürsten from the glass. Cut the Viennese into small pieces and enjoy them warm - meal!
