Potato soup with leek and ham

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g leek
  • 350 g ham
  • 1 ¼ kg potatoes, boiled, grated
  • 250 ml milk
  • 300 ml cream
  • 600 ml meat broth
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • nutmeg
  • marjoram

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Soup really fills you up

Finely slice the leek and dice the ham, then sauté both together in butter. Add the potatoes and pour in the milk, cream, and meat broth. Cook until tender. Season to taste with salt, a pinch of sugar, pepper, nutmeg, and marjoram.
