Ingredients
For the soup I had
- 3 piece Potato (waxy)
- 1 small Carrot
- 1 small piece Fresh celery
- 1 whole Onion
- 1 Thumb big piece Smoked belly (if available or sausages)
- 1 whole toe Garlic
- 1 Handful Brown mushroom
- 1 Tablespoon Spice paste
- Meat broth (freshly cooked)
Spices
- Dried marjoram
- Dried thyme
- Salt pepper
Instructions
The preparation is actually quick
- I cooked the meat broth the day before, leftovers from the leg slice bone, vegetable leftovers, onion with peel, whatever was there.
- Now I cut the potatoes into small cubes, the carrot, as well as the celery, the onion and the garlic. I dice the belly a little coarser, the roast with a tablespoon. Goose lard brightly on. Then I add the vegetables, sauté them until they shine. Then I add the broth that has passed through a sieve so that everything is covered. I'll let it simmer for about 40 minutes.
