Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 ml buttermilk
- 1 tsp butter or margarine (approx. 17 g)
- 340 g potatoes, peeled, cooked, roughly chopped
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 400 g flour (spelled, type 630)
- 100 g flour (wholemeal spelt)
- 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)

Pour the ingredients into the bread maker’s container in the order listed. Then set a program that takes approximately 2 hours (on the Unold bread maker, this is a quick program).
