Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 170 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp butter or margarine (approx. 17 g)
  • 340 g potatoes, peeled, cooked, roughly chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 400 g flour (spelled, type 630)
  • 100 g flour (wholemeal spelt)
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour the ingredients into the bread maker’s container in the order listed. Then set a program that takes approximately 2 hours (on the Unold bread maker, this is a quick program).
