Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 sweet potato(s)
- 4 wraps
- 1 ball of mozzarella
- n. B. Vegetables of your choice (e.g. lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, etc.)
- e.g. cream cheese
- 1 tsp, leveled Ras el Hanout
- Salt
- Oil for frying
- e.g. leaf parsley

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the sweet potato and cut into small cubes. Fry in a pan with oil until hot. Reduce the heat and cook gently for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and slice the mozzarella. Chop the parsley. Heat the wraps in a large pan for about 30 seconds. When the sweet potatoes are cooked, season with ras el hanout and salt. Spread the wraps with cream cheese and arrange the mozzarella slices on top. Then top with the remaining ingredients as desired and roll up. If desired, place the wraps back in the pan with the mozzarella side down so that it melts a little.
