Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ¼ kg potatoes, mostly waxy
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • some marjoram
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • 75 ml oil (garlic oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the potatoes and lemon into wedges. Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix the oil with the potatoes, onions, and lemon. Season with salt and pepper. Place everything in a baking dish and sprinkle with marjoram. Roast in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 to 50 minutes until golden brown. Turn over several times. Quarter the tomatoes and add them about 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
