Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s)
  • some breadcrumbs
  • Honey
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with honey

Halve the bananas lengthwise and crosswise and coat them in breadcrumbs on all sides (pressing firmly). Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan. Fry the bananas until golden brown on all sides, place them on plates, and drizzle with honey, if desired.
