potatoes and pasta

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g potatoes
  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

For the small budget

Peel the potatoes and cut into 1-2 cm cubes, then boil in lightly salted water until tender. Boil the pasta separately from the potatoes (also in lightly salted water). Peel the onion, finely dice it, and sauté it in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Cut the ham into 1 cm cubes. When the onions are lightly browned, remove the pan from the heat and add the ham. The ham shouldn’t brown, just warm up a little. Strain the potatoes and pasta into a pot, pour the contents of the pan over the pasta (the oil is fine), and fold it in. We always serve it with a nice leaf salad.
