It is these trace elements and vitamins that help maintain the normal functioning of the brain, and kidneys, and preserve beauty.

Skinned potatoes are the safest and even healthiest among other cooking methods. It is in the skin that useful substances are found: magnesium, potassium, and other vitamins.

However, it is necessary to cook potatoes in their skins properly. They should be young, free of flaws on the surface, and thoroughly washed.

The peel has a low glycemic index, which helps to reduce blood sugar levels in the presence of type II diabetes.
