Poultry Breasts Stuffed with Plums with Plum Sauce

  • 2 piece Poultry breasts
  • 6 piece Prunes for stuffing
  • 4 piece Diced prunes for the sauce
  • 2 ¨Tranchen Raw ham
  • 1 dl Cream
