Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 500 g beef
  • 500 g pork
  • 500 g smoked pork
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 500 g bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, 850 g
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style paprika sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Dice the beef, pork, and smoked pork. Dice the onion, slice the bell pepper, and add it. Pour the tomatoes, juice, and paprika sauce over the meat and mix everything together. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 2 hours. Tip: You can prepare the dish in the morning and then bake it in the evening, 2 hours before your guests arrive.
