Curry marinade for meat

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp curry powder
  • pepper
  • 1 dashes Tabasco
  • 1 tsp water, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 5 minutes

Mix the soy sauce with the oil, balsamic vinegar, and mustard. Dissolve the honey in 1 teaspoon of hot water and stir it in as well. Peel and finely dice the onion, then stir it into the marinade along with the curry powder, pepper, and Tabasco. Place the marinade in a freezer bag along with the meat of your choice and seal it tightly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Then cook on both sides either in a pan or on a hot grill. Tips: If you then bring the meat juices from the roast to a boil with a cup of cream, you get a great sauce. The marinade goes particularly well with poultry and is enough for 500g to 600g of meat.
