Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 egg(s), size M
  • 90 ml skimmed milk
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • 6 tbsp natural yogurt, low-fat
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grind the oats into flour in a food processor or with an immersion blender. Puree the banana and gradually add all the ingredients until a smooth batter forms. Fry the pancakes in batches in a nonstick pan until golden brown. Garnish the finished pancakes with natural yogurt, berries, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds.
