Power pancakes with chia seeds and applesauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 3 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 15 drops of Stevia
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of baking soda
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Fruit, of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

protein-rich and filling pancakes

Separate 1 egg. Beat the egg white with baking soda until stiff. Blend the egg yolk, 1 egg, banana, chia seeds, applesauce, stevia, and cinnamon with a hand blender. Fold in the egg white. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Reduce heat and spread the batter in a thin layer. Cook the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Garnish with fruit of your choice and serve.
