Tarte flambée with red onions and zucchini

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 package of tarte flambée dough
  • 2 onions, red
  • 1 zucchini
  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Place the tarte flambée batter on a baking sheet and spread with sour cream. Slice the zucchini and cut the red onion into half rings. Top the batter with the vegetables. Dice the Gorgonzola and spread it on top. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 250°C.
