Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 8 large potatoes
- 400 ml buttermilk
- 100 g bacon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
The potatoes are peeled and grated, and the salt and buttermilk are stirred in. The bacon is cut into small cubes and fried on the stovetop in an ovenproof dish until crispy, and the batter is carefully poured in. The whole thing goes into the oven at 200°C (fan-assisted) for 20 minutes and is then served with sugar. The sugar-bacon combination is unusual, but very delicious here.
