Prague Cherry Cake

- 4 piece Yolk
- 200 g Soft butter
- 80 g Icing sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 100 g Melt chocolate
- 4 piece Egg white
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
- 125 g Flour smooth
- 125 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon Rum
- 700 g Pitted cherries (glass)
- Stir the yolk, butter, icing sugar and vanilin sugar until frothy. Pull the chocolate into the mass.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding the sugar. Put snow on the yolk mass and carefully fold in the flour, hazelnuts, cinnamon and rum, mixed with baking powder and sieved. Stir in the last drained sour cherries.
- Pour the dough into a springform pan lined with baking paper and slide it into the lower half of the preheated tube. Bake at 180 degrees for approx. 50 – 55 minutes.
