Prague Spring – Delicious Fruit Pastries (Petra Blossey)

  • 0,75 Cup Coffee
  • 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder
  • 400 ml Milk
  • 2 cups Cream
  • 1 packet Frozen raspberries
  • 2 tsp Currant jam
  1. Spread the blackcurrant jam on the ladyfingers and glue them together. Then place in a mold and drizzle with coffee. Prepare the chocolate pudding, pour it into the mold and let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff and pour onto the hardened chocolate pudding. Bring the raspberries and juice to the boil briefly and pour the cooled raspberry mixture onto the cream layer.
