Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 cl tomato juice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cl vinegar
  • Tabasco
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

This is the ultimate hangover cure if you’ve had too much alcohol: Mix the tomato juice well with the egg yolk. Season to taste with the vinegar, a dash each of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of pepper. Guaranteed to work!
