Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g nougat
  • 150 g dark chocolate coating
  • 2 tbsp chocolate sprinkles or grated chocolate
  • 1 tbsp whiskey or cognac

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff. Melt the nougat and chocolate coating in a double boiler. Add the chocolate sprinkles to the cream, add the melted nougat/chocolate mixture, and fold in (this all works great in a food processor!). If no children are present, add the alcohol. Pour into serving glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
