Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 small cans of crab in brine
- ½ small jar of mayonnaise
- 2 leaves of lettuce (head lettuce)
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp sherry (medium)
- Tabasco
- lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix mayonnaise with a little ketchup, add a splash of sherry, a little lemon juice, and Tabasco. Fold in the crab. Refrigerate. Line two bowls with strips of lettuce leaves, then add the crab in the sauce. Serve with toasted slices of toast and butter.
