Ingredients
- 10 piece Shrimp
- 1 whole Apple
- 1 small Spring onion
- 1 teaspoon Curry
- 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon Bavarian mustard
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Soy Cuisine
- 1 Bit Red peppers
Instructions
- I had fried a few more prawns than needed at lunchtime and this was then turned into this prawn salad in the evening ...
- Cut the cooked prawns into small pieces (leave 2 pieces whole for the decoration and put aside) - cut the apple into small pieces - cut the spring onion (only the green part!) Into rolls - cut a small piece of the red pepper into cut small strips
- Now put everything together in a bowl and season with mustard, curry, lemon juice, soy cuisine, mayonaise as well as salt and pepper - stir everything vigorously and pour into a decorative glass to serve - on top comes a little spring onion and red pepper pieces as well as the whole prawns that we had set aside for decoration
