Prawn Salad in Spicy Curry Sauce

  • 10 piece Shrimp
  • 1 whole Apple
  • 1 small Spring onion
  • 1 teaspoon Curry
  • 1 teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Bavarian mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Cuisine
  • 1 Bit Red peppers
  1. I had fried a few more prawns than needed at lunchtime and this was then turned into this prawn salad in the evening …
  2. Cut the cooked prawns into small pieces (leave 2 pieces whole for the decoration and put aside) – cut the apple into small pieces – cut the spring onion (only the green part!) Into rolls – cut a small piece of the red pepper into cut small strips
  3. Now put everything together in a bowl and season with mustard, curry, lemon juice, soy cuisine, mayonaise as well as salt and pepper – stir everything vigorously and pour into a decorative glass to serve – on top comes a little spring onion and red pepper pieces as well as the whole prawns that we had set aside for decoration
