  • 2 tbsp Cornflakes
  • 1 tbsp Agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dark chocolate shavings
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix the quark with the syrup. Then mix in the corn flakes, the chocolate shavings and the chia seeds and serve immediately.
