Sauces: Spicy Curry Sauce …

The perfect sauces: spicy curry sauce … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 g Branded butter
  • 2 tablespoon Curry
  • 150 ml Broth
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 3 Pinches Chilli flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Pink pepper
  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Sweat the curry briefly in it and then – as with roux – deglaze with broth and cream, stirring constantly. Season with lemon juice and chilli flakes and simmer for a few minutes over a mild heat, finally fold in the pink pepper and serve.
  2. This spicy curry sauce goes particularly well with fish, as it does today with my gourmet fillets with chicory vegetables.
