The perfect sauces: spicy curry sauce … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 g Branded butter
- 2 tablespoon Curry
- 150 ml Broth
- 100 ml Cream
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 3 Pinches Chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon Pink pepper
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Sweat the curry briefly in it and then – as with roux – deglaze with broth and cream, stirring constantly. Season with lemon juice and chilli flakes and simmer for a few minutes over a mild heat, finally fold in the pink pepper and serve.
- This spicy curry sauce goes particularly well with fish, as it does today with my gourmet fillets with chicory vegetables.
