Prawn Skewers with Herring Fillet and Antipasta

The perfect prawn skewers with herring fillet and antipasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Packs Party prawns à 110 g (here: From ALDI Nord!)
  • 4 Bamboo skewers
  • 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 Herring fillet
  • 3 Various antipasta *) (olives, cherry tomatoes and peppers / here: Vo
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  • 2 Wheat crust (here: ALDI North!)
  1. Thread the prawns onto 4 skewers (7 pieces each) and fry on both sides in a pan with sunflower oil (4 tbsp). Arrange all ingredients (shrimp skewers, herring fillet, antipasta, tomato and wheat crust) on 2 plates and garnish with parsley, serve.

Antipasta:

  1. *) Olives with cream cheese and lemon, cherry tomatoes filled with cream cheese and pepe-roni filled with cream cheese)
