Prawn Skewers with Herring Fillet and Antipasta
The perfect prawn skewers with herring fillet and antipasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Packs Party prawns à 110 g (here: From ALDI Nord!)
- 4 Bamboo skewers
- 4 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 Herring fillet
- 3 Various antipasta *) (olives, cherry tomatoes and peppers / here: Vo
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- 2 Wheat crust (here: ALDI North!)
- Thread the prawns onto 4 skewers (7 pieces each) and fry on both sides in a pan with sunflower oil (4 tbsp). Arrange all ingredients (shrimp skewers, herring fillet, antipasta, tomato and wheat crust) on 2 plates and garnish with parsley, serve.
Antipasta:
