  • 500 g Mace
  • Telly cherry pepper

  • 150 g Black Forest bacon air-dried
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Glass White wine dry
  • 200 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 150 g Grated Emmental
  1. Cut or buy turkey meat from the butcher! Marinate in paprika powder, garip pepper, seasoned salt and mace. Meanwhile, peel the onions and garlic. Cut the onions into slices and press the garlic. Dice the bacon. Wash tomatoes, quarter them and remove the stems!

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!
