- 750 g soup vegetables
- 100 g salt
Instructions

I always use pre-packaged soup vegetables from the supermarket. Clean and wash the vegetables, chop them in a food processor, and mix well with the salt. Pack tightly into jars and press down firmly. The soup vegetables will keep in the refrigerator for several months.
