Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 350 g soup vegetables, e.g. pre-packaged
- 2 bunch of fresh herbs, e.g. parsley and chives
- 2 cloves garlic, large
- 250 g salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Clean and finely chop the soup vegetables. Puree them with the peeled garlic and herbs until smooth. Mix in 250g of salt. Now pour the mixture into jars. The spice will keep for months if refrigerated.
