- 1 kg Fresh strawberries
- 500 g Apricots fresh
- 1 packet Preserving sugar 3: 1
- 1 pinch Ground pepper white
- Wash 1,500g strawberries and apricots and cut into small pieces (remove green parts and seeds).
- Put both in a large saucepan, add the preserving sugar and stir everything together.
- Let the whole thing stand overnight.
- The next day, wash the remaining strawberries, remove the green parts and puree. On the other hand, add fruit to the pot. Add pepper.
- Now bring to the boil, stirring constantly, and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
- Fill into twist-off glasses, close them tightly and turn them upside down for a moment.
