Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 rolls
- 40 g cream cheese
- 40 g whipped cream
- 4 pineapple slices from the can
- 50 g smoked pork
- 50 g mozzarella, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut open the rolls. Mix the cream cheese with the heavy cream in a 1:1 ratio and saturate the roll halves with the mixture (not all of it, about 1 tablespoon each). Quarter the pineapple slices and arrange them on the rolls as desired. Cut the smoked pork into cubes and arrange them over the pineapple. Spread the remaining cream mixture over the top, then top with the cheese. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Caution: Let it cool slightly first!
